Wi-Ex Announces Antennae-less zBoost-ONE Signal Booster
April 1st, 2009 by Dana Wollman
Wi-Ex’s zBoost-ONE ($249), announced today, is a cell phone signal booster, whose base unit has no antennae.
Just plug it in, and the zBoost promises to enhance your signal within 1,200 feet. Here’s the catch: it has to be a PCS phone. That is to say, it needs to operate on the 1900-MHz spectrum.
The zBoost-ONE will be available in the third quarter.
