White iPhone 4 is Coming—Would You Buy One?

What was long an exercise in wishful thinking is now a reality. According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple will be releasing the white iPhone 4 in the spring. There’s no official word on which carriers will offer the new color option, but Bloomberg reported rumors that it will be available on AT&T and Verizon Wireless.

After months of delays reportedly due to manufacturing difficulties, the holy grail of the white iPhone 4 may finally be attainable—but does it matter any more? After all, the iPhone 4 has been on the market for 10 months, and the next-generation iPhone 5 will likely make its way to market in the coming months. (There’s no word on whether the next-gen phone will also be available in both black and white.)

    I don’t even own an iPhone at this moment because I was going to upgrade to this white iPhone 4 when it was suppose to come out in June last year, but when they kept pushing it back I decided to not even get an iPhone 4 at all and just wait for the iPhone 5. I basically been using my first gen iPad as my phone ever since. Now since I’m hearing the iPhone 5 isn’t coming out at the event in June and I’m hearing about the white iPhone 4 coming really soon I’m to the point now that I can’t go on without an iPhone any longer so when the white one do come out I will get it on the first day. And also if they do release the white iPhone 4 that let’s me know that iPhone 5 is not coming anytime soon.

    But yea Apple did promise us a white iPhone 4 in spring so there no need to be upset about it now as some people are at most sites I’ve visited, iPhone 4 is still one of the best phones out there and in my opinion white iPhone 4 will be the sexiest phone out.

    I just bought one and I love the color. It is way more Apple-ish. And the white color really hides the small scraches…
