purchased in may 2009, and the email and Im doesn't work as a previous poster stated. After a month of trouble shooting, tech support stated the e mail and IM programs are corrupt. BUNK!! Returned the phone and still on my old Arc which works great, but I got use to the video feature which is the only thing I miss

This phone is over priced for its currently available features. Though it is a nice phone almost every inquiry to a feature is met by a virgin mobile tech saying "We don't offer that service yet, but I'm sure they are working on it." Save your money by the time its a 50$ phone all the features should be supported. Again its a very nice phone I like it, and I also upgraded from a cyclops.

I just got this phone and i think its just amazing like you guys i did have a Cyclops and was dissapointed with it because of the Email and IM not working at all on the phone
I have only had one problem with my shuttle and it was that When i put the card into the shuttle it created 3 files on the card and did not properly create the music file but it was very simple to just make a new folder on the card.
The only other thing that i was not happy about was not being able to use the music i put on the phone to be able to be used as a ringtone but thats virgin mobile for you.

Well, I would really like to see this phone and see really what it's worth. It's about time virgin mobile makes a decent phone. I don't particularly like the slash or Wild card for their camera abilities. When the Cyclops has a 1.3 and the others have VGA it's disappointing. This phone seems to be the best step up and Id like to upgrade to it with a mp3 player and Micro SD slot.

Ok so I'm really excited to see this phone in person cause im looking 4 an upgrade to my cyclops and i thought top-noch would do the trick, but im a little disappointed because i found out that it doesn't have a qwerty keyboard and the price went up, but on the bright side Im still interested because it seems to have a FULL internet and not the stupid surfing of virgin mobiles entertainment thing they have me do and there IS a MicroSD chip slot i can put my card in from my Blast, that I was hoping to find out when i went on this page(THANX!). So the phone is $99.00 now, which is the same as the wildcard im also interested in, which has everything this phone has except for the MP3 player(no music) but flips into a qwerty keyboard like the EnV. Both are pretty cool but the world runs on music so if u dont have an MP3-4 player save yourself $50.00 and pick this up for an upgrade.
