Video Hands-On with Virgin Mobile Shuttle
September 11th, 2008 by Todd Haselton
We just had a hands-on with Virgin Mobile’s new $99 3G Shuttle handset. The device itself is one of the sharpest we’ve ever seen on Virgin Mobile, a carrier that doesn’t usually have the freshest of handsets. We were also impressed with the Shuttle’s speakers: music came out loud and clear while we were sitting in a noisy environment. The Shuttle is only available in red right now, and the 3G data speeds will best be served by video streaming services that aren’t yet available, but will be by the end of this year. We think Virgin Mobile users will really appreciate the device, mainly for its hardware design and music capabilities, and more for its 3G data speeds down the road. Check out our hands-on video below for more.
