HTC Imagio Puts WinMo 6.5, Live TV In Your Pocket
Verizon Wireless and HTC today announced the first Windows Phone (Windows Mobile 6.5) device to hit the market, the HTC Imagio ($249.99).
The Imagio is stacked with features that will appeal to both business users and consumers alike: It offers a large 3.6 inch touch screen display with an incredible 800 x 480 resolution, a 5MP camera, HTC’s ToucHFLO 3D user interface for easy access to your most used applications, and even broadcast quality mobile TV from FLO TV. For the suits, there’s also Microsoft Office Mobile and Outlook Mobile on board, as well as full Exchange support.
With the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system, you’ll have access to Microsoft’s upcoming Windows Mobile marketplace to download fresh apps. Side-load movies with a microSD card, or pull out the device’s rear kickstand to watch TV and listen with your own headphones thanks to a built-in 3.5mm headphone jack.
