I just bought this thing… I am trusting that it is as good as this website claims! I have to add that there are few if any universal chat programs that can handle 0.3 MP for a video conference, and a 1.3 mp actually would have a larger image than can be viewed on the screen…

0.6 mega pixel is the entire screen!

Laptopmag missed a key product weakness!

A notable weakness in the NB205 series is that both the upper and lower-end models only have a .3 MP webcam. I was particularly disappointed because Toshiba deliberately obscured this information by only discussing the presence of the webcam while opting not to include the resolution. Sad, sleazy salesmanship blemishes what would otherwise be a stellar product.

I have had the opportunity to see the Toshiba NB205 in action and it is one awesome piece of hardware. While not really in the same class as the ultraportable and super cheap entries, the Toshiba is a nice addition for the mobile professional to get work done on. As we all know when the wireless is kicked on and we are surfing the net, the battery is the first thing to stop us in our tracks.
Good work Toshiba for being ahead of this.
