The Omate TrueSmart Smartwatch originally stood out to us because it's among the few smartwatches that can act independently of your phone. Now, Omate is preparing to release a newer model of the TrueSmart that it claims will be 30 percent lighter than the original model. The TrueSmart Elegance, which will cost $299.99, comes in two new colors as well including Pink Gum and Bronze White. Like its predecessor, the TrueSmart Elegance is powered by a 1.3-GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor, runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and features a 5-megapixel camera embedded in its watch face. Not to mention, Omate's family of TrueSmart watches will also get the Dragon Mobile Assistant in a future update.
