It’s that time of the week again — time to kick off the weekend with a round-up of this week’s reviews. This week seemed to be all about portable hard drives (the Buffalo MiniStation Extreme, Iomega eGo, LaCie Rugged Mini and Seagate GoFlex Turbo) and mobile security apps (Lookout Mobile Security 2012, Kaspersky Mobile Security 9, McAfee Mobile Security and Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier). When we weren’t reviewing hard drives and apps, we squeezed in the long-lasting Droid RAZR Maxx, the Biscotti TV Phone, and a wireless streaming device from Philips.

So how high has Motorola raised the bar through endurance, and is that enough?
