Google threw its weight around in 2012, first challenging the primacy of the Amazon Kindle Fire with the Nexus 7. In November, the search giant set its sights on the iPad. The Google Nexus 10 certainly gives Apple's tablet a run for its money, sporting a luxurious soft-touch chassis, fast performance, innovative new camera features and a screen sharper than the iPad's Retina display. It may not beat the iPad at its own game, but the Nexus 10 can comfortably claim ascendance in the world of 10-inch Android slates.
