Spracht Launches Aura BluNote Portable Stereo Bluetooth Speaker. Now We Dance!
April 1st, 2009 by Mark Spoonauer, LAPTOP Editor in Chief
The company name Spracht reminds me of that Sprockets skit from Saturday Night Live. Remember that? Remember when Mike Meyers was funny? I digress. Spracht’s Aura BluNote ($129) will let you rock out to Dieter’s soundtrack or any tunes you stream wirelessly from your cell to this portable stereo Bluetooth speaker. The device also doubles as a speakerphone, complete with an integrated DSP for noise cancelling. In terms of sound quality, the BluNote hopes to stand out with its Bass Boost feature and Stereo Widening feature, which is designed to create three dimensional sound. Spracht includes four AA batteries for up to ten hours of power, but you can always plug the speaker into an outlet. It’s available now at www.spracht.com. Now, where did I put my tight black leotards?
