		<description>I tried the above and Wayne Stephens was right, my 2133 locked up, what do I do now? It just doesnt&#039;t want to load at all.  What do I do to save my data? Do I have to visit HP or can I do it by myself? Please help....</description>

Vista doesn&#039;t pause for 30 seconds while booting up unless you have more than one OS entry in your boot menu, which you don&#039;t have if Vista is the only OS you have installed. Disabling the high resolution boot screen? Give me a break; that isn&#039;t going to slow you down for one second. Disabling unnecessary services is the only part of this that is legitimate.

@pagurus, of course n00bs shouldn&#039;t mess with settings they don&#039;t understand.</description>
