Dell Laptops Starting at $449

Now that it’s been confirmed that the Samsung NC20 ($496.75) is indeed coming to US shores netbook and notebook fans will have some touch decisions to make. Is the NC20 the best kind of netbook or the worst kind of notebook. (I think most people around here would agree that it’s the former, not the latter.)
