I realized I finally need to bite the bullet and get a PDA phone and was seriously considering the Instinct. It sounds wonderful and at a good price. However, it is useless to me if it can't sync with my Outlook calendar. They just missed another potential customer.

The phone looks great and love the GPS functionality. However, I am a business user and cannot live with the fact that my calendar cannot be synched. Also, the stylus cannot be stored in the phone, not that you will need it a whole lot. Returning it tomorrow.

I have to agree with Bob. I ordered this phone and when I asked the rep if is synced with outlook I was told it did. Apparently I only got a partially correct answer. I spent part of tonight reading the entire manual via pdf on sprint's site and not only can you not sync to outlook calendar but you can not sync to any calendar that is located on a computer. It also does not have a "week view". The phone sounds like an amazing piece of technology but this is a serious flaw in my opinion for any business user and a deal breaker for me. I'm glad I found out before UPS delivered it tomorrow so I can just refuse shipment. I can't for the life of me see why sprint would put two of the three most important features of outlook on but ignore probably the second most used feature. It makes no sense.

How can you build and hype a phone like this and it won't even sync with Outlook's calendar and notes? Very underwhelming so far. I hope it looks better in person.
