If you’ve been eagerly waiting to order Samsung’s Galaxy S4, get your wallet ready because preorders for the new flagship could start as early as tomorrow. Tentative release dates for Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile have allegedly leaked online, as well as a memo indicating that Walmart pre-orders will start on April 16.
The purportedly leaked Walmart memo, originally obtained by PhonesArena, says that launch dates will vary by carrier but pre-orders are set to roll out tomorrow. “The Samsung Galaxy S4 (SGS4) is the biggest phone launch for this year in Wireless,” the document reads.
What’s more, alleged launch dates for certain carriers have been reportedly leaked via another internal memo—this time from Staples. The document, also published by PhonesArena, says that the Galaxy S4 could land on AT&T’s network on April 26, T-Mobile will reportedly get the handset on May 1, and Verizon will follow on May 30.
The validity of these documents has yet to be confirmed, but the T-Mobile launch date does line up with information the carrier revealed at its event last month. The memos don’t contain any pricing information, but AT&T already announced that the 16GB variant will cost $199.99 with a two-year contract while the 32GB model will sell for $249.99 on contract. T-Mobile will charge a $99.99 down payment for the 16GB Galaxy S4 followed by monthly payments of $20 when the phone launches on its network May 1.
