Samsung Cameras Get Wireless USB Solution

Today, Samsung and wireless USB chip-maker Alereon announced a partnership, allowing Samsung cameras to wirelessly connect with PCs. This solution, called NaBee, entails plugging a dongle into both the camera and PC. Once you do, you can transfer pictures without using a USB cable.
I’ll be curious to see how Samsung markets NaBee against Eye-Fi. There’s something to be said for the fact that NaBee only requires you to plug in two dongles. With Eye-Fi, you can only configure one wireless connection at a time, and you must install software on the computer to which you’re uploading. In other words, Eye-Fi weds you to one computer and one connection, whereas NaBee, it seems, allows you to plug in anywhere, sending your photos to any PC.
