Rumor Mill: Apple MacBooks to Undergo Redesign

In our review of the 15-inch, Penryn-powered MacBook Pro, we stated the machine’s current design is getting a bit long in the tooth—and maybe Apple agrees with us. According to AppleInsider‘s tipster, Jobs and company are looking to give the entire MacBook family a visual refresh. This is spurred by the company’s desire to use greener materials and the need to rearrange the machines’ innards to accommodate Intel’s upcoming Montevina processors. So what’s your take on this? Is Apple long overdue for a refresh, or should the company stick with the current look?
