There are consumers who will go into a store knowing what they want, but many more who have only vague ideas or just plain don&#039;t know what&#039;s best for their needs. Shouldn&#039;t salespeople be knowledgeable enough to tell someone which system is best and why? The idea of salespeople just being there to Mind The Store, as you say, may be true, but it&#039;s not good.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s not like these people are hired for their technical savvy.  Not for what they get paid.  Most are kids, who are working while they are in High School.  They are there to mind the store, and sell product, that&#039;s all.  Anyone who relies on any of them for technical expertise, will be sorely disappointed.</description>
