Readers’ Choice Winner: Best Smart Phone of 2010
It was a tough fight, but the readers have spoken. The best smart phone of 2010 is the BlackBerry Torch from AT&T.
The latest crackberry beat back challenges over the last week from seven competitors, including surges from the T-Mobile myTouch 4G and the HTC Evo 4G from Sprint (which only lost by about 500 votes). When we reviewed this $199 puppy we gave it 3.5 stars, but the BlackBerry owner appears to be a loyal beast, garnering 35.9 percent of the vote.
We should note we received several write-in votes for the Nexus One, the HTC Desire, and the Motorola Droid 2, among others who were not included in the original poll.
Tune in Monday at 9:00 a.m. for our final Readers’ Choice poll of the year: Best Tablet!

Thanks for all the votes – and for the recognition, Anna. We’re glad Team BlackBerry likes the Torch as much as we do. We’re really thrilled about all the new features, especially the combination of touch screen typing and our signature BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard. My favorite is the Social Feeds app because it combines my BBM, Facebook and Twitter in one “inbox.” Thanks again – we look forward to hearing more about what users think…
