Portable Bluetooth Speakers Reviewed: Palm Sized, Big Sound

Aug 14, 2012 04:14 PM EDT by Molly Klinefelter, LAPTOP Assistant Editor

If sound quality is important to you but you’re not a fan of bulk, a growing crop of portable Bluetooth speakers is ready to deliver. Each of these devices can fill a room with sound but are tiny enough to fit in the palm of your hand. There’s everything from DBEST’s London PS4003BT Duo, which packs amazing battery life and loud audio into two tiny speakers, to Satechi’s ST-69BTS Audio Cube, which comes in a larger package but makes up for it in stellar audio. Or there’s Genius’ SP-900BT, which throws speakerphone capabilities into the mix. So how do you choose? We did all the testing for you.
