Poll: Are You Man Enough to Carry the VAIO P?
January 7th, 2009 by Mark Spoonauer
During our interview with Sony about its new ultra-fashionable VAIO P, we learned that the company expected as many as 60 percent of the buyers to be women. Perhaps that’s because this high-end netbook is long and thin like a purse, or because Sony will be selling color-matching cases (that look a lot like clutches) and Bluetooth mice. Whatever the reasons, this tidbit somehow conjured memories of that Friends episode where Joey tried to convince Ross and Chandler that carrying a manbag was cool. Is the VAIO P the netbook equivalent of a murse? You tell us.
Update: We have a full review of the Sony VAIO P ($745.25). Check it out here.
