		<description>Not surprised that Paypal is trying to push off their services some more. It&#039;s not about enabling people. It&#039;s about reaching in people&#039;s pockets to make more money. People lose their Paypal account everyday over frivolous reasons. Better off using RME [short for Revolution Money Exchange]. No fees with RME and they do have a debit card. They the closest to being similar to &quot;Preypal&quot; without the hassles.</description>
