September 28th, 2009 by Jeffrey L. Wilson
Small business have frequently turned to Intuit’s QuickBooks as an effective way to track finances, but the latest version, QuickBooks 2010, may prove to be one of the most robust releases in the software’s history. Intuit has added several compelling additions to its already successful formula that are designed to help businesspeople stay on top of their cash flow. These include:
- Intuit App Center: Offers access to web-based business applications (such as CRM apps, and apps that show your company’s greenness) from within QuickBooks 2010.
- Check Solutions: Allows business owners to scan in or key-enter checks into QuickBooks 2010, saving a bank run. Once scanned, the checks will be sent electronically to the bank for immediate deposit.
- Marketing Center: Professional e-mail marketing solutions that leverages customer information in QuickBooks 2010. The software shows who responded, and who made purchases as a result of your campaign.
For more information on the entire family of QuickBooks 2010 products, check out Inuit’s website where the software (starting at $199) is available for download today. A boxed version will be available on October 7.
