Motorola Photon 4G Reviewed: Work and Play Powerhouse

The Motorola Photon 4G for Sprint is so good and fast, it will tempt a lot of shoppers away from the EVO 3D. This Android Gingerbread device starts with a premium design that’s lighter than the EVO and sleeker, complete with angled edges, a soft-touch back, and built-in kickstand. You also get a very bright and crisp qHD 4.3-inch screen, HDMI output (with mirroring capability), and one of the better HD camcorders we’ve seen on a phone.

Now, Motorola’s interface isn’t for everyone, but the Photon 4G has a lot else going for it. Mobile professionals will like that this handset supports not only Exchange but world calling/data capability, as well as remote wipe and lock. When work is done, leverage those powerful Nvidia Tegra graphics to play 3D titles like Galaxy on Fire 2, even when the handset is attached to a monster-size TV. Read our full Motorola Photon 4G review to find out why it’s one of Sprint’s best phones of the year.
