Motorola Droid 2 Sports Improved Keyboard, Droid X Has Killer Specs
You didn’t think Moto was going to just stand by and watch HTC hog the Android spotlight this summer, did you? The company needs to counterattack powerful devices like the Incredible and Evo 4G, not to mention the iPhone 4–and soon. Yesterday Droid Life posted exclusive pics and a boot video of the Motorola Droid 2, and we have to say that we’re liking the raised keyboard.
The site also says the Droid 2 will be packing a new version of Motoblur, which supposedly will be less intrusive. We’re not sure what to think about that, since it will likely delay an upgrade to Android 2.2. This isn’t the only Android phone up Moto’s sleeve. The Motorola Droid X (formerly known as the Shadow and Xtreme) has the beefier specs of the two phones, upping the screen size from 3.7 inches to 4.3 inches and the camera resolution from 5 to 8 MP. The Droid X will also reportedly get HDMI output.

Nice to see that android is moving fast, we know that many people blamed android phones with 500mb internal memory, but it is much better to pay 300$ for a small android phone ( no service plan ) than to pay 900$ for a 32GB iphone.
