Limited Edition Batman Mimobot Drive Is Both Cute and Hardcore

I’ve been a fan of Mimobots USB flash drives for a while because I’m a sucker for toys that also serve a useful function (thus my TARDIS USB hub). I also love that the company is clearly full of geeks, as their licensing agreements with Star Wars and Halo attest. At CES the company announced yet another partnership, this time with DC Comics.
The first DC Mimobot is a limited vintage edition Batman, inspired by the character’s design from 1939. Next month the full line of Batman Mimobots will come to market and include Batman in blue and gray, Robin, The Joker, and Catwoman. Each drive will also come with Batman-themed media: screensavers, avatars and even icons. Drive spaces range from 2GB ($19.95) to 16GB ($59.95).
Fans of other DC superheroes like Green Lantern, Superman and The Flash will soon have their chance to drool. Mimobots and DC plan to bring out many more in this line as the year goes on.
