In this month’s print issue we pointed out that your keyboard is probably filthier than your toilet. While that’s a completely gross image, the truth is that keyboards have the same germs as most household surfaces. So just clean them.
Mobile devices, especially the kind that get used and touched a lot, like cell phones, are harbors for icky germs and bacteria as well. Popgadget recommends Wireless Wipes to clean and sanitize, which is probably a good idea for iPhones regardless of whether you fear germs or not.

the iPhone comes with a pretty decent microfiber towelette. Sure, my iPhone gets dirty with fingerprints, etc, but I just wipe it down real quick in the morning before I head off to work.
