iPhone Tops J.D. Power & Associates Satisfaction Ratings
In a report released this afternoon by J.D. Power & Associates, the iPhone ranked number one in customer satisfaction.
Most surprisingly, the report split its findings into two categories: those that use their smart phones for casual use and those that use it for business. And despite the two different uses, the iPhone came out on top in both, even ahead of RIM’s BlackBerry devices.
In consumer smart phones, most people placed the most importance on the operating system (30%), followed by the phone’s features (21%), its physical design (18%), followed by its battery life (9%).
Business users, on the other hand, placed the most importance on ease of operation (29%), operating system (23%), physical design (21%),features (16%), and battery function (11%)
