Its not worth upgrading since you can upload the software, but if you dont own one and are planning on getting one the 3G is a better choice as there are new features on it that maybe wont be uploaded with the 3G system. I agree the aluminum iPhone looks better, i didnt think so before, but black is okay. I didnt really like the white, if the front was white than i would have considered it.
