Come on! Still love my TX but their smartphones are a disaster – running an OS that the company no longer owns and which hasn’t been tweaked in years sync’ing to a Desktop that is even worse condition.

I’d never blow the wad for RIM’s ’service’ as it is (great still for corporations with more money than brains), but there are far better options out there…
