Come on! Still love my TX but their smartphones are a disaster - running an OS that the company no longer owns and which hasn&#039;t been tweaked in years sync&#039;ing to a Desktop that is even worse condition.

I&#039;d never blow the wad for RIM&#039;s &#039;service&#039; as it is (great still for corporations with more money than brains), but there are far better options out there...</description>
