Droid X2 Reviewed: Did Motorola Phone This One In?
May 23rd, 2011 by Mark Spoonauer, LAPTOP Editor in Chief It’s been nearly a year since we reviewed the Motorola Droid X, and now the sequel to one of the original Android superphones is here. Sporting a dual-core Tegra processor and sharp and scratch-resistant qHD screen, the Droid X2 ($199 on Verizon Wireless) definitely steps it up in some ways. On the other hand, you don’t 4G data, which both the pricier HTC Thunderbolt and Samsung Droid Charge bring to the table. And with the exception of the black paint job, the Droid X2 looks exactly the same as its predecessor on the outside.
Did Motorola phone this sequel in or is it as good or better as other Verizon phones in its price range, like the iPhone 4? Read our full review of the Droid X2 and let us know what you think.
