All these rappers can keep their overpriced headphones. Give me a good pair of Sennheisers any day… equal or greater quality, and in most cases, at a fraction of the price.

  2. steve is an idiot Says:

  5. i feel bad for steve..steve youre not that bad buddy Says:

ludacris ones look like the highest rated…never heard of them over all the dre noise

  6. Sejf Says:

Steve i,m sure you don’t know anything about the rappers and you haven’t even heard the amazing and good quality that you experince when you listen to music with those headphones on. Right now i own a pair of Beats By Dr Dre Solo and i’m going to buy Beats By Dr Dre Pro. I Recommend it to everybody. When you listen to music with those headphones on you will never get tired of music.

  7. Steve, do you even know what hip hop is ? Says:

To be honest, dre beats are pretty much the finest quality of headphones you’ll get nowadays. But it costs a fortune. For a cheaper price, 40 quid maybe, you can get those sony XD500 headphones. They’re really good.

  8. wayne Says:

I am getting Dr dre mixr and I have heard that with my
HTC one x that supports beatsaudio.,that the sound is great

  9. Hitler Says:

  10. dirtyd Says:

yeah im pretty sure i threw away my beats by dre after i bought my sync by 50

  11. Sean Says:

I had a nice laugh reading how you guys think Beats are great and all.

  12. Gio Says:

Beats are over-hyped. I think Chambers by RZA are better. People just follow the crowd and buy the same thing.

  13. Kevin Says:

I have streets not syncs, and I like them better than my old beats. Havent had the others but I love my streets and am probably going to go out for the syncs soon. The bass is awesome on streets it gives you the loud rattle you can feel where Beats do not.

  14. Soundclick Beat Says:

I’m still rocking with Audio Technica’s for work purposes. But I may invest in Beats for pleasure…

  15. depthsite Says:

Nah, beats by dr.dre is all about…beats.
Sure it has a great low frequency response–at the price of its high, and the worst, its mids.
Its mids are crap, i mean fuck, just compare a studio beats to.. say a cheap headphones like HD 439, or ATHM50, or SRH440. Highs are cracked. I said that the lows have good freq response, yes. But the bass is all muddy and bloody.
I reckon it looks really good, but not so good that it compensates the price and the ridiculously bad sound

Everyone here who suck up beats probably haven’t heard of any real audio-quality oriented cans.
Beats Studio costs an undeserved $249, damn.
With that price tag, you could get a sweet-looking and sounding open-back Sennheiser HD598. Bass is tight, beats’ bass can’t even be compared to it. Or an even sweeter sounding Shure SRH840, it has a pretty high impedance so a little amp is recommended. Spend a little money more an you can get the legendary grado 325is cans, search for the reviews yourself.

Well the comments of how ‘BEATS IS THE BEST THE BEST BASS TOO’ ticked me off. I mean, you don’t know anything, you probably don’t even know of what constitutes ‘bass’ apart from ‘dog shit’.
