Blows away the MacBook Air. Just have to wait for the inevitable price drop or better configuration for the same base price.

Hi Mark,

I ordered a z600 from Dell a couple of days after it was released and today I learned that they can't start production until Oct 21st because the built-in bluetooth is not yet available. Can you believe they release a product to the market when they can't yet produce it!? I am really disappointed with Dell. I have not being offered any further explanations, only an offer to "switch to an available model". Please contact me if you want details, I would like this to be known to others before they decide to place an order for a machine that will be delivered to them 1 month after they actually place an order!

Nice review. It would be useful to see just how this machine handles Windows 7. Battery life would no doubt be unimpressive for mobile power users.
