BlackBerry Storm Update Available
Don’t throw your Storm out just yet. RIM just released a new firmware, version 4.77.0.75. You can get the 26MB file here here. The setup process is very simple, just follow the instructions and the software will do the rest. The whole update should take you about 15-20 minutes.
As the phone reboots, you need to follow a few simple steps as the phone gets itself reconnected to Verizon Wireless.
We’ll be testing the phone to check for changes, and we’ll publish a list of the updates and our impressions shortly. Don’t worry if you can’t upgrade now; the new firmware will be pushed to your phone at 9:30PST.
