Locks up
Excessive delay to touchscreen
Slow
You disconnect yourself while talking when your cheek comes in contact with touchsreen.

Piece of junk!!

I got the chance to play with an unactivated model this afternoon at my local Verizon store. The phone is amazing! Yes, it is a bit sluggish in certain tasks, and you will have to practice a bit on the keyboard to type (both become amazingly simple within minutes!), overall it is the closest thing to my iphone I have touched at Verizon. My wife has a Voyager, and my son has a Dare, both stink in my opinion! My current 8830 will be retired at 8:15am tomorrow (well, today...it's 12:51am right now), and I'll let you know exactly what I think once it's put through my paces (I average 6000 to 8000 minutes per month and I'm a super power user of text, music, video, e-mail, and so on...so if anyone can break it, I can!).
