Operating XP and telephone does not wish to sync with computer. Bought a reminiscence card and began to pull and drop. Firmware is ver 5. No issues apart from the sync problem. Thought of bitpim. Not an issue since drag and drop does the job. Fairly positive you can drag and drop you wouldn't use bitpim for. Bought an Env Touch and I was seeking to see about firmware upgrades.
