OkCupid started as a site for personality and relationship quizzes, but turned into a quiz-based dating service. Your answers to questions such as "How often do you shave your legs?" or "In a certain light, wouldn't nuclear war be exciting?" are used to determine how much of a match you are with other OkCupid users. Skim through the millions of profiles available and filter them by preferences such as age, location and whether they have pictures. A-List (paid) members get to use more filters, including self-proclaimed body types, height and ethnicity. The service's apps for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone let you use a "Locals" section to find matches closer to you.
