I use it for far more than just browsing the net. It practically meets my needs hence I don't need a laptop. I also have a desktop for more demanding stuff like graphic works, etc. but for my normal day to day stuff, the 701 works fine. Am not so old that I can't see stuff in the 7" screen but am not so young that I don't really have any responsibilities and use my 701 as a toy. I am a young Councilor of a Local Government Unit in my country and have a Law degree. Eee pc's work. I love my Little monster eee pc 701 and I carry it with me everyday. I use it for far more than just browsing the net. It practically meets my needs hence I don’t need a laptop.
