Apple’s Notebook Event is Today; We Will Be There
October 14th, 2008 by Joanna Stern
Seems like two notebook lovers got together about nine months ago and conceived a whole new crop of new laptops to arrive today, October 14. We have already seen new systems from Samsung, Toshiba and Fujitsu this morning, and Apple goes into labor next.
Of course we, like all the other Apple fans out there, are dying to know what Steve Jobs will annouce today at it’s “spotlight turns to notebooks” event in Cupertino. Will it be a new MacBook or MacBook Pro? Or a “Brick“? How about a netbook?
We will all know soon enough. LAPTOP Editor in Chief Mark Spoonauer will be live blogging the event starting at 10:00 a.m. EST/ 1:00 p.m. EST. Turn to our page to get the latest from Job’s mouth.
