I ordered one over a month ago. No indication on their website that it was a “pre-order” for a product not yet in production. I believed I was ordering something they had in stock. Wish I had seen this page first. I haven’t received any product, nor can I get any response to my inquiries. Very disappointed since it looks like such a great product. If they are having trouble getting to production, why not say so? I’m willing to wait… I just want some kind of response/explanation from a human being. Without that I can only assume this is a scam.

A few years, I just saw their video (along with the SmartBook) is there any concrete to this or just vapor?

Well, December now, pre-orders not filled, not ONE real production unit delivered, not one actual review of a customer owned product anywhere on the web. Yeah, vaporware alright, together with taking credit card numers easily also defined as fraud and/or scam. Stay away!
