Toshiba laptops may be nice, But currently Toshiba is NOT standing by their warranties as bought. I bought a 4 year complete care (system guard) with service express with onsite service 3 years ago and Toshiba is now a) playing who is responsible for service games with Service Net (their service provider and b) NOT standing by the onsite service warranty. I was told I didn’t have to worry about keeping papers, only the laptop’s serial number mattered, everything tracked that way. Now I have to go back and FIND the original warranty papers to prove I have on site warranty? DON’T TRUST TOSHIBA SERVICE, THEY ARE NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR WARRANTIES AS BOUGHT.
Toshiba laptops are s***! I purchased a brand new one in Sept 2013. Complained in Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan. I was yelled at by a Toshiba Manager!! He said there was nothing wrong with the laptop, it just had a virus. Laptop freezes, has had factory reset on it once. So disappointed!! So frustrated! was planning on running my business and designing fabric on this laptop. Now I have an $800 piece of s*** with extended warranty that Toshiba will do nothing about. I will tell every media outlet I can DO NOT BUY TOSHIBA!!!!!!
