What? No fitness apps? How about Endomondo, MyFitnessPal, Noom, etc? Also, Rdio is better than Spotify, more affordable too. What about a browser, or RSS reader? What about Feedly? No weather apps? No task apps? No cloud storage apps? No folder browsing apps? Grocery list apps? I mean, these are all things that make a smartphone more useful. Am I wrong? I could go on, but I feel I’ve made my point. Thanks for the effort though. Cheers!

  2. Die Sterne Says:

I’d add Memability to the list. It’s a fantastic app to take note and create lists. You can organize all that hierarchically, which I don’t believe Evernote can do. Plus the design is really neat and clean and it’s simple to use.

  3. Jack Freeman Says:

Best app missing for this list is the cure for boredom ‘Funny photos and jokes’ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.funny.photosjokes

As was mentioned previously there are a lot of very useful types of apps not even touched upon here, while the list does contain a lot of apps that appear quite similar, the list is far too geared toward social networking.

  6. Daniel Says:

There are approximately 40 million apps in Android market called “Simple Note” – which one is it!?!

    Flipboard. one app.

WTF??? Where are the other 24?

Did you just crap out on your webpage design?

    What idiot designed your pages?

  8. IGotBupkis, "'Faeces Evenio', Mr. Holder?" Says:

Oh, I see. I’m supposed to magically figure out that mixed in with the freaking **advertising** thumbnails is the page thumbnails.

What cretinous Bauhaus loving minimalist pinhead webpage designer forgot the simple and exceptionally brilliant concept of a “next” button?

  9. vittorio Says:

Beware of Dots. It has the heartbleed bug. The developer thinks it is not a big deal.

  10. evo34 Says:

Not worth 25 mouse clicks.. See ya later.

  11. Mirsh Says:

IGotBupkis: There is a “Next” button you moron…. it’s the yellow arrows right beside the title of each app.

Don’t blame the developers of the website for your own stupidity.
