I love the bags you have featured but my favourite bag is a trabasack. This bag has a built in lapdesk and is unique in the world. Very practical for working on the move. Very handy for students, working in awkward places, in lectures or on the bus. Check it out!
Thanks!

These bags are crap. not a single one worth a penny, except the TB2 sleeve…..TB2 builds the strongest, longest lasting, best designed bags, Right here in America!…most of which ate TPU lined…hence waterproof…and no I don’t work for them, Iv’e just owned 4 of them over the last 13 years…all of which are still in use.

Have you seen Fusion Bags they have great laptop and tablet backpacks. Some of the workstation designs are like 2 bags in one with an inner laptop sleeve that zips out which can be used with the shoulder strap. I got a Micro Workstation for my iPad at fusionbagsusa.com. They also have laptop bags that attach to musical instrument backpacks (guitar, sax, trombone, trumpet). Super cool design for music students…I would think (cause I’m not). Enjoy what’s left of summer!

Swiss Gear backpacks are absolutely on a different league compared to these backpacks, they are made like tanks and cost about 60-70 dollars which is reasonable and will last you a lifetime. I have had one for 6 years and there are no rips or anything and I use it almost everyday. Swiss made is much better than these china made crap.

Columbia Manifest – my best backpack ever. Mine is 2 years old, no signs of wear and perfect for a daily commute by bike. This page is just a fashion show with no really good bags.

That’s a great list! I especially like the Keen bag since it has a unique look to it. I’m also a big fan of Ogio bags. I think they have great compartments and they’re pretty durable too – I’ve put my Metro II through a lot of stress and it’s still holding up pretty well.
