13.3 and 11.6-inch HP Mini-Notes Rumored For Spring
January 16th, 2009 by K. T. Bradford
Digitimes is reporting that HP is going to add more Mini-notes to its popular line of netbooks: a 10.1, an 11.6, and a 13.3-inch. The 10.1-inch model –slated for February — will sport a screen with 16:9 aspect ratio and sell for a little under $600. The second quarter will bring the two larger models, the 13.3-inch being touted as “low-cost”. Even with these larger sizes, the netbooks will still be Mini-notes, possibly because they’re all supposed to have Intel Atom Zxx series inside. Digitimes got this information from “sources at notebook makers”, and we can only hope the good news is reliable.
