12 Killer PlayStation 4 Games and Demos

Feb 21, 2013 12:32 AM EDT by Sherri L. Smith, LAPTOP Staff Writer

After giving the world a quick peek under the PlayStation 4′s hood, Sony rolled out a slew of games and demos to show off the console’s muscle. Sony didn’t hesitate to pull out the big guns, showing off titles such as the upcoming “Watch Dogs,” a new title from Bungie and Blizzard’s smash-hit “Diablo III.” No two games or demos were the same (racing, FPS, RPG and puzzle), but they all managed to impress and give us a glimpse into the world of next-generation gameplay and especially eye candy. The level of detail on display was borderline disturbing. (Just take one look at the creepy old guy.) Here’s a recap of the games and works in progress shown during the PS4 event.

Knack (Japan Studio)

From the maker of creator of Marble Madness comes "Knack," the story of a robot constructed from a myriad of scrap, tasked with saving humanity from an onslaught of nasty-looking goblins. But don't let the cuteness fool you, the robot can grow or shrink in size making him a force to be reckoned with.

Actually, there was a Starcraft game for the Nintendo 64, so it wouldn’t be the first time a blizzard game came to the consoles. I know because i owned a copy

The original Diablo was also on the original Playstation. I played it with a friend. Although honestly it was a terrible port.
